This is the 5th and final phase that we have delivered on the Elephant Park regeneration scheme, providing turnkey MEP solutions to 1,578 apartments across a 10 year period.
The Elephant Park H11B Phase has been successfully completed by Cilantro Engineering. We have delivered 2 Blocks providing full MEP to the Shell & Core and Fit Out including the design, installation, testing and commissioning of MEP, ELV, Life Safety and Fire Suppression Systems. We are proud to have worked alongside our client Bovis to deliver this development and are thankful for the faith and trust shown over a 10 year period helping to regenerate this vibrant, Central London community.
