About this project

Cilantro is responsible for delivering 520 of the total 769 high quality homes, including a significant proportion of affordable units. The scheme is a key component of the ongoing regeneration of the Royal Docks and exemplifies sustainable, inclusive urban placemaking. The development integrates seamlessly with its surroundings, including the adjacent Royal Wharf neighbourhood and historic Lyle Park.

Cilantro Engineering is responsible for the design and installation of the entire MEP Package to 520 private homes, across 8 buildings ranging from 8 to 16 stories. A snapshot of the installation includes full MEP S&C and fit out consisting of 4 Pipe Heating and Cooling to apartments, traditional utility cupboards, traditional bathrooms and all Life Safety Systems and amenities to serve the development. We are proud to play a part in the regeneration of this development community, working with blue chip clients Ballymore.
