About this project

Cilantro are responsible for delivering the MEP to 230 of the total 1,624 high quality build to rent homes as part of this project. Block F will be a mixed-use development regeneration scheme, offering new homes as well as retail spaces from the ground floor to level 2 of the building. McLaren will partially retain the former packing factory facade on the site and repurpose it to fit the needs of modern occupiers.

Cilantro Engineering is responsible for the design and installation of the entire MEP Package to Block F, including all Life Safety Systems. We are delighted to play a part in this community regeneration, working closely with blue chip clients McLaren and Greystar. A snapshot of services includes the installations of traditional utility cupboards, the central direct heating network to supply LTHW, DHW along with BCWS, Fire Suppression Sprinklers (residential and commercial) and Ducting Exhaust to each apartment via an MVHR System c/w cooling modules to provide tempered air. Cilantro will provide Landlords and Residential LV Distribution, General & Emergency Lighting, Fire & Security and full fit out of amenity spaces.
