The regeneration of the Elephant Park scheme is a proud standing part of this evolving, dynamic community. Based in the heart of London’s City, Elephant Park is set to be the UK’s first climate positive development; with the largest new green space in central London, up to 50,000 square feet of workspace and an Energy Hub to provide net-zero carbon heat and hot water to all homes.
Working with our Blue-Chip Client Lendlease, we have proudly been appointed to deliver MEP Installations to the Elephant Park Project. Providing services to 1600 homes spread across four phases, H3, H4, H11A & H7. Cilantro Engineering have delivered a turnkey MEP system across these energy efficient homes, including the Landlords, Amenities, Plant Rooms and Apartment fit out. The development boasts landscaped courtyards, amenities, including a gym, bookable room, viewing room and lounge within an environmental and sustainable living space, which we are proudly supporting with our services.
Elephant Park is a space to create opportunity, for construction, living and commercial. With its sustainable amenities, including over 3,000 new cycle spaces and retail space for over 50 new shops, we take pride in the works completed to date successfully with our client, Lendlease, and look forward to continuing working on such a forward-thinking, innovative development.
H3 – 228 Units, H4 – 445 Units:
- Installations include all Shell and Core and Fit-out of Electrical and Mechanical works to all Apartments
- District Heating network provided by EON distributed into the Plant Room and all blocks
- 8 Retail Units and Emergency systems installation
- Ground level and service bays
H11A – 222 Units:
- LTHW, BCW, Commercial Sprinkler and Residential Sprinkler, Wet Riser, Dry Risers and Apartment Fit-Out with FCU’s
- All Small power and lighting, Fire Alarm, Smoke and Environmental Control
- Gym, bookable room, view room and lounge
H7 – 424 Units:
- MEP Shell & Core and Fit-Out to all Apartments
- Battery Storage system and Resident Facilities installations
- Pre-fabricated Heating Station
