Our Facilities Management Team carries out water sampling frequently depending on the clients’ requirements and to the minimum requirements of SFG20 guidelines. All sampling is carried out to BSRIA standards & all chemical dosing and water treatment can then be carried out as necessary to make it as cost efficent for our clients while adhering to the highest standards of quality of water.

We specialise in heating systems from small substations to large 3 megawatt energy centres. We cover all elements of the systems from the boilers, CHP, thermal stores, circulating pumps right up to the heat interface units within the apartments. We also cover a large range of cooling systems from air conditioning, fan coil units & chillers.
