A former Royal Mail Distribution Centre now transformed into stylish residential living, Cilantro Engineering have successfully delivered 214 High Spec Residential Units accompanied with full design and build MEP Installations to the Shell and Core Areas, Roof, Lobby’s and Car Park. We have serviced an array of amenities, completing a site wide Energy Centre, Chiller Units, Underfloor heating and sophisticated outdoor lighting across the development. Following our recent handover and completion of the final two Blocks, A1 and A2, the Mount Pleasant development Phase 1 has achieved full completion.
