About this project

Cilantro are responsible for delivering the MEP to deliver 22 story office block with our Client JTRE London. 220 Blackfriars Road comprises of 224,000 sq. ft. of grade A offices. The scheme consists of office space, roof gardens and a host of other supporting amenity spaces for the enjoyment of the future users.

Cilantro will be responsible for the design and installation of the entire MEP Package, including all Life Safety Systems and are pleased to play a part in this development with JTRE London. A snapshot of services includes the installations of the central network plant system to supply LTHW, CHWS along with BCWS, future capped tenant supplies, fire suppression and ductwork systems supplying heating and cooling 4 Pipe FCUs to all floor plates.

Cilantro will provide Landlords LV Distribution, General & Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm, PAVA, Smoke Extract & Security and full fit out of amenity spaces.

The offices will be net zero carbon in operation and is designed to target WELL Gold Building standards, BREEAM Outstanding, NABERS 5 to 5.5 rating, as well as Platinum Smart Score and Wired Score.
