About this project

Cilantro are delighted to partner with Wates Residential to navigate a Gateway 2 Application of a 144 mixed use development in West London.

291 Harrow Road will deliver 50% affordable housing, including 24 adult social care homes supporting independent living. The development consists of 3 buildings including a 240 m2 all weather play space and commercial spaces.

Cilantro Engineering UK Ltd scope of works will encompass the complete MEP design and installation, incorporating mechanical services, electrical services, public health, ventilation, smoke control and life-safety systems.

Cilantro are incredibly pleased and excited to be appointed onto this scheme by Wates Residential and look forward to bringing our specialist MEP expertise to the development.
